Job description:
The Nelson Law Firm is currently seeking an attorney with one to three years of experience. The position will include working closely with all attorneys on drafting legal documents and memoranda, legal research and advising clients on a myriad of corporate and securities law issues. Our practice also includes some commercial litigation. The Firm's experience in advising on cutting edge corporate and securities law issues coupled with its intimate size offers a unique opportunity for associates to participate in some of the most exciting legal work in the industry.
