Job description:
Small Law firm located in North Dallas seeking Associate with corporate/transactional experience (M&A/real estate, etc.). Work closely with Partner whose practice includes work across a broad spectrum of corporate and business legal issues. His practice includes real estate, employment law, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and M&A's.
Must also have some portable business ($40,000-50,000).
Minimum billable hours: 150/mo.
The firm is also looking for someone who has the ability to develop more business in the future! (5-7 yrs. exp.)
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
High academics from Top law school.
