REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY
82-attorney firm seeks experienced associate for its Real Estate Section. The ideal candidate will have three to six years experience assisting property owners, developers and other users of real estate in all areas of real estate transactions and development. Experience with tax credit financed transactions is particularly valuable.
The successful candidate will have a track record of excellent client relations, project management and client development.

Education, training, experience:
JD, admitted to practice in Nebraska and Iowa
Three - six years experience in all areas of real estate transactions practice
