Established Arlington law firm seeks Real Estate and Commercial Leasing Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years experience involving complex commercial real estate transactions; familiarity with land use applications a plus; candidates must be detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and be a self-starter. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Preferably skilled in Worldox and Tabs. WordPerfect familiarity helpful. Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required. Great location near Metro, collegial work environment, competitive salary, benefits package includes paid parking and health club.
